Strawberry Pineapple Mimosa

INGREDIENTS

Soleil Mimosa Pineapple

Strawberry Syrup:
1 pound of strawberries
1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
3-4 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons water

Delight your taste buds with a refreshing combination of strawberries and pineapple!

Fill a sparkling wine flute with Soleil Pineapple Mimosa, about two-thirds. Top with strawberry syrup and garnish with sliced strawberries.

Make your own strawberry syrup at home! In a large sauce pan, strawberries, lemon juice, sugar and water. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring frequently. Reduce to a simmer for another 5-6 minutes, stirring frequently, until strawberries have softened. remove from saucepan and cool.

You can blend the strawberry mixture in a food processor to create a puree, strain the strawberries for a syrup, or use as-is.
