This simple, DYI Soleil Mimosa bar takes the guesswork out of the alcohol-to-juice ratio. It's easy to set-up, fun, and interactive. Your guests can create their own flavors and practice their mixology skills.

Each Soleil Mimosa variety is perfectly made using the finest wine and freshest, most flavorful juice under the sun. These ready-to-pour, bottled Mimosas are available in Pineapple, Classic, Mango, and Pomegranate flavors.

They generally go well with lighter foods, but are also good as a pre-dinner aperitif.  They pair wonderfully with full-flavored foods, such as honey-glazed ham, deviled eggs, bacon, and traditional Easter eggs.

What you’ll need:
Soleil Mimosa Varieties
4 Carafes
Flutes
Fruit Serving Bowls
Ice Bucket
Decorations
 Selection of Fruit

  1. Add a backdrop and decorate your bar or table.  Have fun with it! We chose crepe streamers, Easter eggs, an Easter floral arrangement, and a flag banner.
  2. Keep your Mimosas chilled in an ice bucket. Tip: Before opening the bottles, gently and slowly rotate the bottle back and forth a few times to blend before opening.
  3. Pour Soleil Mimosa flavored Mimosas in carafes and label the items.          (Tip: Serve cold, about 40°F)

Soleil Mimosa has announced they will be transitioning to a new distributor in California effective February 1 st , 2019. An ongoing, years-long partnership between the national brand and Young’s Market Company in Arizona led to the expanded relationship into California. Soleil Mimosa is distributed in 47 states and this distributor change shows promise in expanding distribution through both national chain and independent accounts across the state, giving customers more flexibility in purchasing America’s best mimosa.

“We are excited about the statewide opportunities and the expanded growth potential with Young’s Market in California in both off-premise and on-premise accounts,” said Sandra Pacheco, National Sales Director for Soleil Mimosa.

“Soleil” is the French word for “sun” and reflects the French heritage of the Lescombes family, who produce Soleil Mimosa as sixth-generation winemakers. As one of only a handful of U.S. wineries that have a food-grade certified facility, Soleil Mimosa has a commitment to producing top quality products. To complement the nationwide popularity of their 750ml bottled mimosas,
in 2018, Soleil Mimosa introduced award-winning 375ml cans, available in classic, mango, and pineapple varieties. As the top mimosas in America, Soleil Mimosa’s blissful blends are made with the finest wine and freshest juice under the sun.

UNVEILING THE NEW SOLEIL MIMOSA CANS!

Just in time for summer, we've recently announced the release of the new
375-milliliter canned mimosas. Reflecting the already popular bottled mimosas, three varieties are now available through distributors and in retailers across the nation. Varieties include the traditional Soleil Mimosa Classic, the tropical Soleil Mimosa Mango, and lively Soleil Mimosa Pineapple, all made with real fruit juice, white wine, and a slight bubble.

Canned mimosas aren’t a new thing for us, as we were well-ahead of the wine-in-a-can trend since 2012 when we released a 187-milliliter slim can featuring the “Classic” variety. After finding success, we decided to upgrade to the larger format and extend our offering. Using only real, fresh-squeezed fruit juices, we  perfected the ‘blissfully blended’ varieties over 25 years following the initial conception.

“We source the freshest, most flavorful juices available,” said Winemaker Melissa Landeros. “Cans preserve the freshness to ensure that when it reaches you, it’ll be as fresh as it was when we made it.”

Manufactured by Ball Corporation, aluminum cans have many advantages over glass. Aluminum cans are infinitely recyclable, lightweight, portable, shatterproof, and they chill much faster.

“Cans just make sense for us,” said Daniel Gonzales, Creative Content Manager at Soleil Mimosa. “Our mimosas have a fun, no-nonsense attitude, and cans make it easy to enjoy them outside of the traditional brunch setting.”

There is no need for glassware, they’re always perfectly made, and they are ideal for packing in an ice chest. Retailing at $5.99 each, two cans are equivalent to a typical 750-milliliter bottle, making it easy to share with friends anytime, anywhere.

“After just one sip, you might realize you don’t want to share,” joked Daniel. “The only challenge with these will be making sure that you have enough to go around.”

As the #1 mimosa in America, Soleil Mimosa’s blissful blends are made with the finest wine
and freshest juice under the sun.

We are happy to announce the newest addition to the Soleil Mimosa family! Coming in the spring of 2018, we will be adding a larger 375ml sized can to our offering. We are also excited that we'll be able to offer not only our Soleil Mimosa Classic, but also our Soleil Mimosa Mango and Soleil Mimosa Pineapple!

These beautiful 12.6 ounce cans are closer to a typical-sized can you'd find filled with beer or soft drinks, yet they're lucky enough to be graced with your favorite beautifully blended mimosa! These are perfect for on-the-go, camping, outdoor activities, sporting events, by the pool, at the lake, barbecues, parties, showers, and more. They chill faster than bottles, there's no need for glasses, and they are perfect to share—but they're so good you might not want to!

You'll soon be able to find these at your favorite local retailer, and as always, you can ask retailers to request them from one of our distributors in your state.

Enjoy and nice bubbling glass of Soleil Mimosas for the holidays. It is nice to relax after a long day of shopping with a nice beverage. Kick back with the grown ups and serve these great tasting mimosas.Southwest Wines makes these mimosas in four different flavors, pineapple, pomegranate, mango and the classic, orange. They are made with a dry white wine and fruit juice. They will leave your taste buds wanting more.
Each flavor was just as good as the next. My husband and I enjoyed a glass or two after a long day of shopping for the kids Christmas gifts. It was the perfect way to end the day. We drank the classic orange mimosa first, then made our way through the others. We did not finish them all, but we were able to replace the cap and refrigerate them. I plan on having a few glasses on Christmas eve, during our festivities.
You can order your Mimosas on their website. Stay connected on Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest.

I learned about Soleil Mimosa at the 2016 Santa Fe Wine & Chile Fiesta.  Amongst the diverse groups of Wine, Prosecco and Champagne, Soleil Mimosa was the STAR of the show for me.  I sampled all four varieties at more than one Wine & Chile event and it quickly became a favorite and is my go-to bottled mimosa.
Soleil Mimosa is a product of New Mexico’s St. Clair Winery and is available in four varieties including a Classic Orange, Pomegranate, Pineapple and Mango.  Mimosa comes in 750 ml glass bottles and packs of four-187 ml cans.

I am a huge fan of Soleil Mimosa, primarily because of the sweet-crisp flavors, its four varieties, the light effervescence, and the perfectly blended and proportioned juice and white wine.  My experience with effervescent or sparkling wines is that they lose their carbonation rather quickly.  I unwilling opened a new Pomegranate bottle, knowing I would not drink it all.  I sealed the bottle with a wine preserver after drinking a couple of glasses and to my surprise, the Pomegranate Mimosa was just as delicious and effervescent the next day.
Of the four varieties, Pomegranate is my top favorite followed by Pineapple and Orange.  I love Mimosa’s no fuss factor.  If I am hosting a brunch, I don’t have to purchase both a bubbly and juice nor worry about pouring the right combination of both liquids for a perfectly balanced mimosa.  The Soleil mini’s are perfect for picnic’s, tailgating or poolside sippers.  The price point for Mimosa is also reasonable, ranging from $8.99 – $11 per 750 ml bottle, depending on the retailer.
Although I typically reserve Soleil Mimosa’s for brunch, they pair perfectly with any meal.  I had a glass of  Pomegranate Mimosa to accompany a Big Double Burger from the Cook Out and the combination was delicious.  I have also paired Mimosa with cheese and fruit and the occasional Schezuan take-out.

Soleil Mimosa can be ordered directly online from
St. Clair Winery or Total Wine.  There are other major retailers that carry Soleil, however, not all retail locations have the product or all varieties in stock.  For a list of major retailers, visit  Soleil Mimosa Retailer’s.  The Total Wine & More in Raleigh, NC off of 6105 Capital Blvd,  has Soleil Mimosa in stock and sells for $8.99.  If you do try Mimosa, let me know which variety is your favorite!  As as big fan of Soleil Mimosa, I hope to take a trip to visit St. Clair’s Winery and explore their other wines.  Cheers!

Who doesn't love a Mimosa? I know I do! I'm not a day-drinker at all but I like these fruity and flavorful drinks at night. My favorite is the pineapple which has the freshest pineapple juice flavor. I remember drinking these with my Busia a few years ago before she passed away- great memories! We have a trip coming up this weekend and I am going to bring one along for a fun summer drink! They come in pomegranate, mango, orange and pineapple flavors. The bottles are just so pretty! It is mixed with a white wine for a convenient and fresh drink.

Soleil Mimosas in the Morning

Mimosas in the morning are a great way to connect with friends and enjoy that mid morning meal.  Brunch creates an option of a meal containing breakfast and lunch!  It's perfect for my family because the husband could eat only breakfast every day of the year where I would pass on the eggs and go straight for a sandwich or pasta!   Gotta love those carbs, right?    Anyway, with this wide variety of food, a mimosa is a perfect complement!

Soleil Mimosa sent me their 4 flavors of bottled mimosa.  Classic, Pineapple, Mango and Pomegranate are a great combo of flavors to pair with any point in the day.

I was lucky enough to have friends in town when they arrived, so I opened a bottle during game night!  Myself and 2 friends enjoyed the Pineapple variety.  Being that I live in Florida and am missing winter a little, we pulled out some snowflake glasses and toasted to friendship.   Yahtzee was calling us, so the dice started rolling!

I found that each flavor had a good mix of fruit and a crisp white wine flavor.  I'm a fan of sweeter wines, so these flavors are perfect for me!  The Classic and Pineapple varieties were a little tart where I found Pomegranate and Mango to be sweeter.   Pomegranate being my favorite of all 4.

Any of these varieties would be perfect for a quit brunch with your sweetie on the deck or a large event with the whole family.  However, these mimosas contain alcohol, so please do not serve to anyone underage.

This review is based strictly on my own opinion.  Others may have different opinions or experiences with the products mentioned above.  I was compensated by the company or a PR Agency.  I have provided my open and honest opinions.

(STEPH'S CHEERS & JEERS, 2016) - Finally, a way to enjoy tasty Mimosa’s at home! Soleil Mimosa has four premixed ready to drink Mimosa flavors to choose from! Their flavors include Classic, Mango, Pineapple, and Pomegranate. All of their flavors include white wine as well as fresh juice (never from concentrate) and an alcohol level of 8%.

I recently had the pleasure of trying all four of their flavors!

(BLITZIN REVIEWS & MORE, 2016) - Since my house is one of the larger ones among the family, I usually host the holidays in my home. Every year, I try to up one myself with something better, something different, something awesome! Some of you are thinking, well is it with her decorating, her cooking... naw, its with the drinks! I love offering the latest and greatest adult beverages to the adults. I mean let's face it, when you are getting something, you are less likely to purchase something unless you know it's good. Plus, if a drink is good, they are less likely to notice if my cooking is bad...lol.
